Are you a real manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a real, verified manufacturer operating as Yizheng New Happy Crafts Co., Ltd. (HappyPet Crafts). Our factory is located in Baqiao Industrial Zone, Xinji Town, Yizheng, Jiangsu, China. We have produced pet collars, harnesses, and leashes in our own facility since 2003 and hold official PRC Foreign Trade Operator registration (No. 01365946) and ISO 9001 certification from Sira Certification Service (No. 132583).
What is your typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for custom branded items is typically 200 to 300 pieces per style/color. For standard in-stock webbing colors with custom woven labels or laser-engraved buckles, we can often accommodate lower trial quantities to help you test new market collections.
How long does sample development take?
For standard constructions with available materials, sample turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. For fully custom-dyed webbing, custom jacquard weaves, or newly molded hardware, sampling takes approximately 7 to 10 days.
What branding options do you offer for OEM / Private Label?
We offer high-density woven labels, molded silicone / PVC rubber patches, heat-transfer sublimation printing, silk-screen printing, laser engraving on metal buckles and snap hooks, custom-woven jacquard webbing, and retail packaging (hang tags, backer cards, barcode stickers, presentation gift boxes).
What are your production lead times for bulk orders?
Standard bulk production lead time is 15 to 25 days following sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order size and complexity. Urgent replenishment orders can be prioritized upon request.
What are your payment terms and shipping options?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy). We support FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF to any major international port, and door-to-door DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) directly to your warehouse or Amazon FBA fulfillment center.
